Giovedì sera, erano le 20:30 quindi orario di punta ma non mi sarei aspettata quasi un’ora di attesa. Dopo aver visto la pubblicità su instagram dei loro fritti alla polenta ero davvero curiosa di provarli, ma niente da fare, esauriti. Purtroppo non solo questi ma anche gli stick di mozzarella, il pulled pork e l’acqua NATURALE! Nonostante questi punti negativi devo però fare un apprezzamento al cibo. Ricordavo un “fame chimica” esagerato e con porzioni spropositate ma sono rimasta sorprendentemente stupita e soddisfatta. I fritti disponibili erano davvero buoni, caldi e croccanti. L’hamburger niente male, di giusta grandezza, con cottura carne top, pane morbido e fresco. Ma non parliamo delle patatine, davvero succulente (consiglio quelle con cheddar). Concludiamo la cena con un bel dolce per riprenderci dalla batosta del prezzo (purtroppo l’ho notato un po’ caro per essere un ristorante fast food); dei buoni churros, caldi, croccanti e friabili con diverse proposte di toppings. Nonostante le negatività alla fine sono uscita a cena per mangiare bene e così è stato!

Che scoperta incredibile Fame Chimica a Lacona! Un locale street food davvero originale, con un’idea spettacolare: propongono hamburger, hot dog, piadine e panini in versioni particolari e super creative, che escono dai soliti schemi. Ogni morso è una sorpresa e una vera esplosione di gusto! L’ambiente è molto carino, curato ma informale, perfetto per una serata rilassata tra amici. Lo staff è simpaticissimo e mette subito a proprio agio con il sorriso e la battuta pronta. E poi c’è lui: il gatto del locale, una presenza dolcissima e di grande compagnia, che rende l’atmosfera ancora più accogliente e magica. Complimenti per il concept: giovane, fresco e riuscitissimo. Se siete in zona, una tappa obbligatoria per chi ama il buon cibo con un tocco originale… e felino!
